This pad was designed and built for RUMP Aerospace for their N to N altitude attempt at Black Rock, 2007.
It has 20 feet of TV antenna tower with a 1515 rail mounted on it. It breaks down to a towable package with wheel that retract at the launch site so the base sits solidly on the ground for use. Counterweights allow one person to stand the tower vertical.
