There are changes to the 2008 Diversity Immigrant Visa
Program. The Department of State will ONLY accept electronically filed
lottery applications and pictures.
No applications will be accepted by mail.
The 2008 Lottery Application registration period: Oct 4, 2006 - Dec. 3,
2006.
