Keltic Kaleidoscope started performing in 1995 and now has four
members, Mary Behan Miller (keyboard, guitar and bodhrán), Matt
Cassidy (banjo, guitar, and electric bass), Dave Lymanstall (Fiddle and
bodhrán), and Sally Hayes Makulinski (keyboard, flute and tin
whistle). A fifth musician, Tim Galvin, sometimes plays with the group.
The band performs a variety of Celtic and American folk songs using
two- and three-part harmonies along with some songs from the sixties
and seventies.
Keltic Beginnings, the group's first CD was released in 2000 and
includes a variety of Irish favorites, which tell of various
misadventures associated with love, war and drink. The Second CD, Some
Keltic, Some Knot was released in 2001. It features a number of Irish
songs along with selections from other genres. The third CD, Keltic
Visions, will be released shortly. Keltic Beginnings is currently
available from CD Baby (see the links below) along with Some Keltic,
Some Knot and Mary's new solo CD A Celtic Journey. Individual tracks
